You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, provide accurate and complete information, are responsible for maintaining account security, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4.2 Content Submission

You must have necessary rights to submit Content, obtain consent from individuals whose likeness is used, must not submit illegal or harmful Content, and retain ownership of your original Content.

5. AI Clone Usage Rights

5.1 License Grant

By using our Services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: Create AI Clones using our platform, access and manage your AI Clones, use AI Clones for authorized purposes.

5.2 Restrictions

You may not: Reverse engineer the Services, create AI Clones for illegal or harmful purposes, sell or transfer AI Clones without authorization, use AI Clones to impersonate individuals without consent.
